The location is very central. What's more, it's not too far away from the heart of the city.

We booked a last-minute stay at this 4-star hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the luxury and comfort it provided. The location of this place is perfect, situated right on the lakeshore with stunning views. The room had everything we needed, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the pool area, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

The poor wifi connection in the rooms. However, this should not deter anyone from staying here.

The staff is extremely kind and well trained. Both restaurants at the hotel are very good and their prices are quite competitive and even cheaper than other options in town. I stayed with my wife and a daughter 1.7 (19 months) years old. The hotel staff was always willing to give us a hand regarding the needs of our daughter. It made us feel at home.

There is only one minor detail. It would be quite convenient if the computers at the Business center were connected to a printer. This is needed not only for business applications but for , for example, to print the boarding pass. In any case, the staff at the reception kindly did the job at no cost.

The economy room is fabulous and has a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and central heating. The hotel's location is beautiful and the staff are very very helpful and amicable.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good selection of food. Indoor pool, terrace, and garden overlooking the lake. a fantastic stay. Would recommend this hotel.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms is unreliable and slow, which can be frustrating for guests who need to stay connected.

Clean hotel, stunning location within walking distance of everything, excellent breakfast. The staff were exceptionally nice, friendly and helped me with free parking. Location near to Bariloche in spring and a quiet area-at the lake shore and the shore of Nahuel Huapi Lake.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, right at the lake Huahapi, offering beautiful views of the Andes. It was also conveniently located within easy walking distance of the city centre along the lakeside. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the indoor pools and the welcoming cocktail.

We did encounter some noise from the nearby disco at night.

We found that the staff were most accommodating - in the restaurant, housekeeping and leisure suite. We were also given an upgrade with very little fuss as our room didn't have a Lake view as originally requested. It was a great way to finish our adventure in Patagonia. Should we go to Bariloche again I would have no hesitation in booking the Cacique Inacayal again and would recommend it as a mid range hotel with amazing views and service to anyone .
